There is life after domestic abuse
Most people in abusive relationships are truly unaware of what is happening, what has happened and why. Even when that lightbulb moment hits, they have no idea where to even begin when it comes to escaping or healing.
This website has been designed to support and educate, whether you are in the midst of it, planning to escape or have broken free and wondering how to find the way back to yourself.
Anyone and everyone can abuse another person, the information given here will help you to understand why, and to also reinforce that it is not your fault. Abuse does not discriminate, we are all souls and any soul can be broken by another.
But, make no mistake that it can be repaired and there absolutely is life after abuse, it is attainable and achievable. You just have to be brave enough to chase it.
Note that although I am a professional, any views expressed here are that of my own and no organisations I have been or am affliated with. Alongside advice and support, you too will find some dark humor, sarcasm, what I call 'fun facts' and potentially a few swear words.
Please have a nose around the different sections and information, and do be aware that you may find some of the content triggering.
If you do make sure you reach out for support, you'll find information about various organisations on the 'support' page, and please do get in touch anytime too. I'd love to hear from you.
You may also take note of the quick exit button that will automatically divert you away from the website if needed, you may also consider deleting your history too, stay safe.
